COVID19 reopening plan

UPDATE *EFFECTIVE June 9 2020 the Alberta Government has announced the reopening of phase 2 businesses. That means we are allowed to reopen anytime are June 12. We are currently planning our operations accordingly and have been looking forward to this announcement as much as you have.

Although we are happy and hopeful about the coming weeks, we will be taking a cautious and limited approach to operations.

Amaris will begin by contacting clients that were cancelled due to COVID-19 and clients with prepaid services once the schedule is set up, Followed by placing clients who requested bookings during closure and upon re-opening, according to the order in which they were received.  Amaris will be focusing on previous clients while delaying the acceptance of clients that have not previously visited the studio. She will not be accepting new lash clients. To ensure we can manage the demands of PPE supplies and cleaning only 2-3 clients will be seen per day initially.

We ask for your patience as we adjust to our new operations.  Please email or text (780-729-6244) all booking inquiries. Avoid using social media to requests bookings if possible.

Joanne and Annette will be contacting their clients as they begin to expand their schedules.

In the meantime we wanted to let you know of what steps and changes we will be making to to ensure your safety during this time.

In accordance with guidance by AHS

- We will be limiting and spacing appointments to allow for cleaning of all surfaces and preparation of work areas as well as preventing interaction between clients.

- Because of the close nature of our work we will be wearing masks and/or shields. Clients will be asked to wear their own masks. Due to limited availability and inflated costs we may not be able to provide masks.

-Hand washing and hand sanitizer will be made available for use before and upon entering the studio.

- We will be screening clients for symptoms (however mild) and assessing exposure risks.  If you show any symptoms of cough, fever, flu you will be asked to reschedule.

- We’ll be asking clients to wait in their cars until receiving a text or calls that our space is safe and ready before entering the building.

As you already know, we have always upheld the highest standards for health and sanitation and will continue to do so with these enhanced precautions as long as it is deemed necessary.

We welcome any questions you have and look forward to seeing you soon!

Amaris, Joanne and Annette
